The Meaning of Home

Hello I am a grade 4 student at James Strath public school and I am writing the poem the meaning of home. The meaning of home, The meaning of are homes are to keep us safe the meaning of our homes are to provide us shelter for when it rains and when it snows and when the wind blows our houses provide us electricity water and a bunch of other things the meaning of homes are to make sure that no Critters that could kill us get in and the meaning of our homes are to make sure we are warm and not cold The meaning of are homes are to make sure we can stay cool when it is a sunny day and it also provides us shelter so we don't get frostbite or sunburn the meaning of our homes are to keep us safe the meaning of our homes are to make sure we are comfortable and do not have to sleep on the ground the meaning of our homes are to make sure we have protection from things that we don't want to see and the meaning of our home are to make sure that we can stay safe and not have to look around every minute to make sure there is no dangerous creatures lurking behind us the meaning of our homes are to keep shelter and electricity so we can use our stoves and microwaves lights clean laundry from the laundry machines and to give us shelter for clothes so they are not wet the meaning of home is to keep us safe from the things that are creepy the meaning of our homes are to make sure we can stay away from things that we hate the meaning of our homes are to keep us safe. I made this poem not because I want to win the prize I wanted to make this poem just so people who are homeless can have homes I only want to give $10 to Habitat for Humanity cuz I feel bad that some people do not have homes and I want to make sure that all people have homes and I don't want to see a bunch of people living on the streets and if I do I would probably buy Some food and give them some money and buy them some clothes so that they are properly dressed and I might even invite them to stay at my house for a little while I don't want to win the prize I just want to give $10 to the Habitat for Humanity Foundation.
