The Meaning Of Home.

The Meaning of home to me is not a bed to sleep in at night or a roof over my head. It's not coming home from school and having a good smelling meal at the dinner table. The meaning of home is not an object but a feeling. It is the feeling of warmth and comfort. The feeling of refuge knowing that you can be who you are without someone judging you. The meaning of home is seeing the smiles of your family after you say a joke. Even if the joke is not that funny. The meaning of home is where you feel the feeling of joy, peace and love. Here are so many meanings of home. So many that I can’t explain them all. I know that not all people get to have what I have. With family or friends the joy of laughter or knowing that you can be yourself. I am extremely grateful for what I have and I am writing this for the ten dollars that will be given to Habitat for humanity to help get a roof over someone's head. I know this might seem cheesy but it's true and what I have to say. Thank you all for listening.
