This is a home

This is a home to me. A home is a place to play in the sun and have lots fun. A place to be silly and sad. A place to talk to your loved ones and ask for help. A place to watch a funny movie and stay up all night. A place to practice your religion. A place to believe in whatever you want and no one can say anything about it. A place to cry to your family about anything that upsets you. A place to think about school or something you have done. A place to laugh and make others laugh too. A place to heal a heart. A place to stay safe and feel loved. A place to play games and dance like no one's watching. A place to sing your heart out with your sisters or brothers. A place to play hide in seek with your family or friends. A place to fight and forgive. That’s a home to me.
