Home: A Feeling

For ages, people have wondered what makes a house a home. Some people believe that a house near the city’s facilities creates a perfect home, while others think a large house with collections of antique furniture is what it takes. You must search your heart when you pursue to find the truth, since everyone’s opinions and experiences massively vary. I was in my comfy bed, with the tornado of thoughts on this subject swirling around my head as I drifted off to sleep, when I heard a deep voice belonging to … a house?! “Amidst the mountain ranges I stand in triumph, known as a lonesome vacant mansion at the core of the colossal expanse. Albeit erecting with dignity, I ceaselessly fall faint towards the cramped house positioned nearby, my ‘neighbour’. Daily, sounds of laughter beam through the window sills, prompting an urge of change within. Due to constant pondering, my brain was eventually clouded with clusters of qualm. Approaching the neighbour I hesitantly queried, ‘What flaw is acting as a hurdle’? The slender house gently explained, ‘Dear friend, 4 walls and a roof compose a house, it’s a family that alters it into a sweet home’.” Awakening suddenly, I processed this unusual dream and tried to comprehend its meaning. As I began to contemplate, I realized my opinion was similar to that of the house. “Home is a place affiliated with love and laughter. Although quarrels transpire, the joy of togetherness is inevitably worth it. Libraries are unnecessary as even the daily chaos of home has its own peace to it! It is where we can be ourselves and feel secured as our loved ones are always close by”!
