The Meaning of Home

To me, a home means a warm loving place to live, a home is filled with loving memories with family and friends. My house is a safe place to live and stay away from many things. Many people around the world are homeless and have no place to live and stay safe, so if someone would give away a little shed homeless people would be very grateful because they didn’t have any fun memories on the street. I am very grateful that I even have a house where I have a living room I can get comfortable in, I have a bedroom I can sleep in, I have a kitchen to cook food and much more! Before my house was empty and lonely but when I moved in and lived there for a few years my house was no longer empty and lonely because it’s now filled with fun memories like when I fell down the stairs a million times or when I stubbed my toe on the kitchen counter. To me that’s what home means, I have a big roof to keep me away from disasters and walls to keep me warm. Home means a lot more than just a house with a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a washroom. Every time I walk in my home I always see a burst of love like I have a treasure chest full of love if I run out. I wish it could be a real thing so that I actually have love with me everywhere. Sometimes I see people just laying down on the street sometimes with their children. They look so cold and I try to flashback from the past. I would see a lot of homeless people on cardboard , I wish I could help.
