The Meaning of Home

“A house is built with brinks and beams; a home is made with hopes and dreams.” When I come home, I walk in and I hear my sister, Dad and dog appear. When I walk in, I go to my pantry and eat all the food and after that I walk into my room. My sister, Dad and Chuck all are there to me. That is home. After a little while I sit down at the dinner table and watch my Dad bring out the meal. We all sit together and talk about our day. When I go for a sleepover at my friend's house and I'm having so much fun there, I still miss my house because all my memories are there, and my family is to. Even though we fight and argue we still love each other and that’s what a home is. A house isn’t just bricks and beams. Its a house made of hopes and dreams and what makes a home for me is my sister, dog and Dad. That’s what a house is to me.
