The Meaning of Home

What does home mean to me? Home for me means love, piece and joy. It means protection from the outside world. It is a place to seek advice from loved ones and have fun. Home is a place safe from violence a place where you can speak your mind and do what you please. Home is a place full of excitement and family, a place where you grow and learn new skills. Home is a place where you cry tears of joy and tears of sadness. Home is a place full of apologies and forgiveness. Home is where I want to be when I scrape my knee, home is a place where everyone is equal, and no ones left behind. Its sad to see so many people who do not have a place to stay, a place that they can call there home any given day. Home is freedom. That is what it means to me.
