Home Is Where I Am Home What a marvelous word Its where my ABCs were learnt It’s where I play catch with my dad And bake gramma’s special cookies with mom It's not just a place with four walls But a place with people that will catch me when I fall Home is where my brothers and sister bug me with hugs After all they are the people that I love It’s where I celebrate birthdays with friends And stuffed my face with cake with my hands Home is where my parents bring me soup when I feel sick And when I’m sad I run there quick Home is where I feel safe It’s something that no one could take away Home is where I am It's what I’m so lucky to have
