Home is Here I Belong

Home is where I belong Home is some place where I can be safe, My home keeps me dry out in some place, My home is where I might sing a song, My home is where I am strong, Home is a great place for me, I eat, I sleep and I get to be free, When i’m at home I feel happy, And sometimes I might yell yippee, Sometimes I might sing a song, That's how I know home is where I belong Even though I might be wrong, I think it’s time we must be strong, Covid-19 has impacted us greatly, It’s time that we rise back up saintly, We must wear our masks and fight back, We must not rest, we must attack, Activities are lacking, people are slacking, We know that we’re scared and everything’s nerve-racking, But it’s time to stand and fight for what’s ours, Our family, our friends, they help heal our scars, There’s no time to be lazy, Everyone has gone crazy, I know it’s hard to fight from home, But home is where we are strong, Home is where we belong -Wyatt Ironside
