What Home Means to Me

Home. When I think of home I think of my early childhood. The thought of home brings many memories that are happy, funny and overwhelming just to realize it was in the past. At home, I feel safe, loved, and happy but I also know the feeling that this special place is not just mine, I share my safe space, I share the place that I feel loved, I share the place that makes me happy. When I am in my home I feel open to be me. I wouldn’t care if my siblings make fun of me because I would make fun of them. Then when the fight gets massive my mom would come over and stop it. Then I would continue being me. Overall when I am in my home I feel special, loved and me. I would not trade anything to give away my home. And that is how much my home means to me.
