Meaning of Home

Home means something different to everyone. Home could be where you live, the place you are or even the people you are with. For me, home is a mix of all those things. Home is where I live because I am in a place that feels special to me. My house is like a safe space and it is where I feel like home is. A house can be more than just a structure, a house is a place where you are free to say what you want and not worry about being judged. Home is the place you are because your home doesn’t have to be in a house. It doesn’t matter where your home is, it matters that it means something to you. Even if you don’t have a house or an apartment, it doesn’t mean that you don’t have don’t have a place to call home. You may have a favourite place to be that you can call home too. Home is the people I am with because the people I am with make me feel special. My friends and family are a huge part of what home means to me. They make me feel good about myself and make sure that I am okay. Whenever I am feeling down, they help me feel better by telling me funny stuff. My friends are always by my side when I need them most and don't make fun of me for being me. My family makes me feel loved and supported and are also always by my side. Home is a very important thing that everyone should be able to feel and have. I know that home is very special to me and I hope that everyone feels the same way that I do.
