My Home

Home could be a place to relax A place where a family gets together Where all the moments are kept forever But my home, is where my family and I live, sleep and do some fun things Home could be different for others But when I think of home, I think to myself Someone is living there And I live in my own home Just my family and I When I think of a house I say, “I wonder if someone is living there” Or “They must be building that house” When my family and I bought our house We moved in and that’s when it became our home I loved our new home Although someone else had lived there, they now have a new home too Some people don’t have a home Some don’t have a place to live and sleep I don’t like hearing that some people don’t have a home I want everyone to have a home that is theirs Not a house that is being built or no one lives in it I want them to have their own home.
