What Home Means to Me

What Home means to me. Home is a place to be you, to be happy and protected. It’s a great place to make memories with family and friends, be comforted and relaxed, and have a good time. It’s so good to come home after a stressful day and go to the place you call home. Here are some other things that home means to me. When I think of home, I think of Comfort. Comfort to me is warm, happy and cozy. It can be anything you want, but for me, it’s having a good time in your relaxing clothes and warm up in your comfy blanket your favorite show. Another thing that I find comfy is when I get to sleep in an extra hour in my very comfy bed. It’s always great being comfy in the place you call home. Another thing that comes to mind is Safety. When I'm in my house I know that I'm safe and don’t have to worry about the cold outside. My family and I know that we’re safe when we’re together in our home playing games or doing work. When I’m home I always know that I'm safe because I have four walls and a roof protecting me and my family from the cold. It’s a great thing to know that we know a place that’s always safe called home. Another great thing is Memories. Memories can be anything, from remembering a place or smell or taste. Memories are formed all the time, like when I first rode my bike, or my 10th Birthday. Happy memories are made all the time for me with my family, weather watching a movie, or playing a board game. I know anyone can make happy memories with their family or friends and if they put a little effort into it. I love making memories with family and friends, but for me, the happiest ones are made in my house. Home means a lot of other things to different people, and there are a bunch of other things that home means to me, but those three were the most important ones in my opinion.
