What does home mean to me?

What does home mean to me? Well, that's a hard question. Everyone's experience with their homes are different. Some people live an amazing life, make memories and do lots of things with family and friends. Some people live on the streets, in their car, some struggle with rent and when they do pay it they struggle with buying others things. The people who struggle, don't get to have the amazing things a home brings. Being able to have pictures on your walls of family experiences they don’t get to feel the safety of a home. Imagine having a home but after you pay rent you can't pay for much else. Imagine all your toys, games ,notebooks and pencils gone because you can't pay for them. Imagine having all your stuff huddled in a tight car and you have to sleep on the uncomfortable car seats. Imagine having to sleep on the street begging people for money. You would have to sleep in the snow In the rain During any type of weather. Imagine. You can't because you don't have those lives. I don't even have that life. But I know that the people that do have those lives are struggling. I want everyone to have a home because everyone deserves the right to have experiences and feel safe in a home. I want everyone to have a home so when they wake up they dont have to be stressed out about their lives. They can be calm knowing that they are safe. Every person deserves a home and every home deserves a person.
