Living our Best Life!
Do you know what the difference between a home and a house is? Have you ever wondered why some people say that a home is different from a house? Well, today you will find out why. In my opinion, the difference between a home and a house is that a house is just a stable structure and a building you can live in. However, on the other side home is love and family, the following text will include three reasons why home is the best.
In my home, we celebrate Jewish holidays with family and friends because we are somewhat traditional. We celebrate holidays like Shabbat, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Hanukkah, and birthdays. When we celebrate those holidays with friends and family, it makes me feel like I am at home.
Argues, argues, argues, home, home, competitive, home, home! My family can get very competitive. We know the rules and know-how to play a lot of sports and games. We make bets and argue on who is going to win a game or we can even argue if someone is better than another person in some things.
The last and foremost reason is the food. My family eats a lot of Israeli and Georgian food. My grandparents make fabulous food and when they retire from cooking they pass the recipe to one of their kids and it keeps ongoing. The food tastes like home whenever I eat culture-wise food it makes me feel like I am at home.
In conclusion, home to me means to love and family, it's just in a different perspective. But my favourite reason that I love home is that we argue and bet over a lot of things. My father, brother, and I bet on things, but I like how competitive my family gets.
