The meaning of home

Most people don't know the difference between a house and a home. A house is a place with four walls and a roof and floor and furniture. The home is a place where you make memories and spend time with your family, at least for me it does. A home to me is a place where I feel safe and loved. What makes a house a home isn't the fancy, big toys or the newest phone, it's my family. It is the people I love who make my house feel like it is my home. I don't know what it would be like without a home. I think everybody deserves a home. Good thing there's Habitat for Humanity, because they help people get back on their feet. Habitat for Humanity doesn't make houses, they make homes!
