My Meaning of Home

Home is where I see my loved ones as my loved ones see me, Home is where I feel my heart beats safely. When I step in my home many feelings come to me, But mostly it’s the feeling of love unconditionally! Home gives me a feel of relaxation, sense of protection Such a powerful sensation! Home is calm like meditation; no agitation! But outside there is aggravation. COVID affecting more than just a single nation. Inflicting people with irritation and frustration. While home offers us joy and laughter, Our planet pleads with us to do better, And no matter your creed, colour or gender, We’re all striving and thriving in this together, And we will always remember that Black Lives surely Matter!
