What home means to me

To me, home is my safe place. When I feel sick, sad, stressed, anxious, or anything else … Home is where I want to be. My family tries to make our home as nice and comfy as possible. They do this by making sure we have enough food, drinks, craft supplies, furniture, clothes, and everything we need for our body. In my life I have two homes, one with my mother, step-dad, and my brother also one with my father, nana, grandfather, and brother. I will soon be moving to a bigger house with my mother, step-dad, and brother … I think this'll be very good for us. I’ve lived in a few different homes, I was born in Alliston and stayed there for a while until we moved to Wasaga Beach, and I went to school there until the middle of grade one. Then we moved to Barrie, lived in two separate houses there and went to SGA up to the end of grade 6. Then we moved to downtown Barrie and still went to SGA until we moved to Toronto. I am going to school online now but with my normal class in toronto. I will be moving in February. We get the keys on the 25th, I am very excited for a new chapter of my life to begin in Newmarket. I am also happy to be close to my best friend. I did have to go quarantine for 14 days because my grandpa got covid. I got tested with my brother and we tested negative … but quarantine made me realize how much my family does to keep all of us healthy and safe. These were my thoughts thank you for your time.
