To Whom it concerns at Habitat for Humanity, Thank you for this home, it means everything to me. It means I don’t have to sit on the street with my ripped-up pants and watch all those people walk by in their new clean clothes and drive by in their fancy new cars. Passing by me, then judging me by my looks and making me feel useless and ill. Now I can be clean and sleep somewhere comfy. Thank you for making me fell like a someone. Now my mom can get a job and get me new clothes. Also, I can go to school and live a life I always dreamed of. I’m exited about where this can take me! I can finally learn new things, make new friends, and have a better chance in life. When I’m older I want my career to be part of the Habitat for Humanity community, because when I build a house for someone homeless, I will remember the feeling of me getting my new home.
