Home I’ll Always Be I open my eyes and feel warmth inside I look out my window and smile The sky is so bright and nice I see clouds all over and birds in the sky I run out the door in delight with A smile upon my face Joy in my eyes I greet my family with a smile And play with my siblings in the house I say goodbye to my friends and family And sit in the car We drive away very far To a place called Newfoundland Were it all began We come to our new home A little nervous at first I walked inside My family greeted me as a little surprise Since then I've had some adventures But I will never forget that day I wish I could see my face Home is truly where the heart is.
