my home has a meaning

My home doesn’t have to be a house or an apartment, it’s where my family and love is. Home is where I can go at the end of a long stressful day. I feel relieved to be there. Where I am secure and protected, I don’t feel anxious or scared. When I come home, I can smell warm, delightful food coming from the kitchen. When I come home my Mom, Dad, Siblings, or my pets greet me at the door and are pleased to see Me and I feel accepted and welcomed. Home is where I can go and I don’t feel judged by anyone, I can be myself and I don’t have to act like somebody else. Home is my safe place where my Friends or Family understand me. At home I can be my goofiest, funniest, craziest self. Home is so much more than 4 walls and a roof, it’s so much more than a word, it has a meaning that some people don’t have.
