The Meaning of Home to Me The meaning of home to me is a place you can be yourself or who you want to be. You can laugh, you can cry, you can act funny and silly. You can sit and relax when it's cold outside knowing that you'll be ok when it's dark outside. Your home is where the heart is and where it will always be, because your love for your home makes your home want to be a home. Your home will protect you and give you all you need. Whether it's rainy or snowing or there's a storm of wind, your home is always the heart and leads the love in. We should be lucky to have a roof over our head to protect us from the rain, walls to protect us from the wind and a floor to protect us from getting dirty or sick. Most of all we should be lucky to have a home with love, freedom and cheer, because some don't have a home or any love. Don't listen to anybody who tells you who to be, because at your home you can be who you want to be. Let's just say we're pretty lucky to have a heart that leads the love in, because some don't have a home or any love. Some don't even have family that supports them.
