Home

Home means different things to different people. To me home means family, pets and love. The reason home means this to me is because family, love and pets mean everything to me and when I'm at home I feel like I am comfortable and loved.The reason home means family to me is because I feel like when you’re at your friends house you don’t feel as comfortable because it’s not your own family. I don’t like sleepovers as much because I like sleeping at home the most because my family is there. Also family dinners are the best at my house and we invite our cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends for barbeques at our house.We’ve done it since I was little and my parents did this since they were little with their family for Sunday dinners so it’s a tradition. When I am at home I am always with my family. My parents, brother, sister, are my family members.My dogs name is Tiva and my cats name is Soil.My snake is Camo and my fish is Jimmy Bob Joe Jaws.Another thing that means home to me is my pets. Even when I am doing homework alone my cat comes and lays on my bed.They’re also always nice to me. When I have a bad day I snuggle my cat or dog. They’re always waiting for me when I come home. Sometimes I see them in the window when I am getting off the school bus or walking home from my friends house. My dog gets so happy when we go on vacation for a few days and we come back home. Also I have a snake and a fish. I like them too because our fish makes our kitchen better because it’s there and it always looks at us. The other thing that means home to me is love. Love means home to me because home is better because we have a lot of love from our family, friends and pets. We also rescue animals and bring them into our home if they need a warm place to sleep. We always say I love you.We hug as a family after dinner and say I love you to each other. We have a lot of fun, wrestle, play sports, ready books and play together as a family. We also like watching sports for my brother and sister together to support them. Love is important because if you didn’t have love at home it wouldn’t be a happy place to be. I think home means family, pets and love because those are the best parts about home to me. Those things are what makes our house a home. We all love each other, and if we have our family, love and pets that’s the most important to get us through anything and make us happy when we have a bad day.
