What Home Means to Me

What Home Means to Me By Ashton A home isn't a roof It's not the walls It’s not the front door Or the things inside It’s about family A home is about how you feel inside My heart is warm like a fireplace when I’m with family, When I am at home my eyes burn brighter When I'm at home I can be myself, listening to my music. Baking with my mom and dad, watching the dough rise. The feeling of peace inside My family is like glue, we always stick together. A home isn't a roof over your head or walls to the left and right. The door you walk through Or the things inside It’s about being with family.
