Home Home is a wonderful place Full of laughter and joy Memories fill it like a bowl full of candy It's a crazy and chaotic place A safe and happy place But when people think of home they don't think of what it really means Home is a place to grow A place that you know Where love surrounds you like walls around you It's not just where you sleep and eat But yes it's where you rest when feeling defeat Where you eat delicious meals But it's much more than that For me my home isn't just my house itself It's the land that surrounds me The history it holds The memories and moments captured inside and out of it And my family that lives in it Some people don't have a home and are not as lucky as I They don't have a place to grow as they were a kids No roof over there head People should start thinking of others not just themselves So right now an organisation is helping people in need of a happy home
