What is the Meaning of Home?

What is the Meaning of Home? The meaning of home to me is a place you can go after a long day and listen to music that makes me feel free spirited and makes me calm down. A place where you can have delicious food that you enjoy to eat like my nana's zucchini loaf. A place where you can see family members like your older or younger siblings and your parents and pets A place where you can have fun and play nerf wars or other games like mantracker with others like your siblings or friends or even when you feel like playing by yourself. A place where you can find comfort if it's cold or freezing outside a place where you can heal or rest. A place where you can go outside and play with friends in the neighbourhood, a place to facetime or call them and say hi and play video games with them at the same time. A place where you can see pets and cuddle with and play with your pets all day long and share precious memories to make with them even though they may not be with us anymore. A place where you can get together with other family members like cousins, aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, grandparents, and even pets. A place where you can catch up on a book series, finish a drawing, watch a tv series on Netflix, a place where you can walk to clear your head if you need some quiet time or me time. A place to find people who have someone to help you with your homework, love and care for you and make sure you're okay and well. A place where you can do your favorite hobbies like cooking or taking care of plants or playing video games or listening to music. Home is a place where you can do all these things and more Home is a place where you can be happy, feel joy and feel safe Everyone deserves to feel how I do...I can only hope that they can, that's what home is to me.
