The Story Of My Community

Part One It all started one day when I was walking home with my friends from school. I said some things I didn’t mean and that gut us into a little fight. When I got home, I thought my community was the worst community anyone could have. It took me awhile to calm down and think, but when I did, I realized that I wasn’t facing the facts. I was saying that I had a bad community, but some people say they don’t have a community at all. I thought a bit longer and I said to myself, I may be saying I have a bad community and some people might be thinking that they don’t have a community, but we will always have a community. I t will always be a good one. You just have to look at the glass half full, because if you look at it half empty you’ll feel the way I felt and nobody should feel that way no matter who you are, where you are, and how you got there. Part Two A house is only 4 (or more) walls that keeps you safe from the world and all of its dangers. A home is a place where you can bunker down if you’re feeling sad. A home can even be a tree house. What I hear most people say is that a home is their family. Some say a home is their country. I think a home can be any of them. I think that home can be whatever you want it to be. A house can be torn does and if it does get torn down, you may say you’re homeless but really, you’re house-less. You will always have a home IN YOUR HEART 💖
