What Makes A Home

What makes our home a home is our family. Our three dogs are part of our family and they are great entertainment too. The heart of our home is practically our family. Food in our kitchen that we can cook and prepare so it is safe and healthy with no bacteria. Usually I'm happy but sometimes I'm sad. Sometimes I'm mad. Sometimes I'm joyless. But when I see other smiles then I smile too. At home I can feel all my feelings and I am safe. We play games that keep us active. We get fresh air in our backyard and we exercise and play in our pool. Clocks so we can tell time. Walls so we can keep warm and doors so we can have privacy. We have cutlery to eat our food easily. We have neighbours to keep us company and help us with fixing things or taking staples out of my head when I was three. My home means so much to me. It means safety, security, love, and happiness.
