My Home

Home may have some tough times, home may have some fights but home is like God protecting you. Imagine living in a home for your whole life and then the next day it is just gone, how would you feel, for me it’s like losing a loved one. Home makes me feel safe, home makes me feel loved. When I am alone I just go to bed and hug a pillow with a blanket, I feel joy coming into me, I feel safe like God is hugging me, I feel special and everyone deserves a home like this. Home isn’t just a place to live. When I was a baby I kept crying in this house. I did not feel safe, it did not make me happy because I kept crying. My family decided to move, I came in and I felt light coming into me. Home helps families spend time together and learn to love each other. Home is like a shield protecting me, home is like God shielding us. When there was a rainstorm I was scared because of the thunder but now I am not scared and you know why, because I know my home is protecting me with God there for me protecting us and others. Homeless people, they are out there in the rain cold and scared, they deserve a home like us. Whenever I walk past homeless people, my heart cries just looking at them, I just wanna hug them so badly and this is why everyone deserves a home. Everyone deserves a shelter especially to have someone to live in it with, family or real friends at least to have, to protect, to love, to trust and to be with forever inside that one home you love and feel safe in.
