What Home Means To Me

My home is a place that is a God’s given grace. It is a gift for my family and a safe place. My home is where my family lives It is a place where I learned to have a heart that gives. I don’t mind its shape or its size As long as my family is by my side. My home is where my family is It is a place of comfort, peace, and where I get a goodnight’s kiss. My home is where I can be myself and have a space of my own Always doing things together with my family so I never feel alone. The walls of our home is like a barrier protecting me from darkness Inside its walls is where my family bond, laugh, and have fun which fills our home with brightness. My home is where I rest and play It is also where I pray for others to have a bed to lay. It makes me sad that some people don’t have a home But that is why I am writing this poem I hope my words can give a grant A grant that can give a family a home they want.
