The Meaning of Home

Home is a shelter for animals and people to live in. Homes can be made of bricks, sticks, twigs, bark, concrete, or and glass. A house, apartment, farm, den, condo, loft, and cottage, all are examples of a home. Home means to me a place to feel safe and loved. My home is a special place for me because it is a snug and comfortable place to live in. It protects us all from bad weather, animals, and the outdoor area/surroundings. We should be very thankful for our parents or guardians who bought a home for us to live in. It is special because it keeps all of your memories alive, meaning it still has an important place to belong in this world because of you, and what you did to make this place special. Everyone has different types of homes and each one is very distinctive and remarkable. Homes can come in a variety of shapes, colours, and sizes. That’s why everyone doesn’t have the same type of house in the world. Everyone needs homes to survive and live their life. If you don’t have a home, some people in the world are trying to make shelters for people who can’t afford homes. It matters about the people who actually care about the poor and try to build homes for them. So it doesn’t matter what type of home you have, it always matters if you love it, and feel safe in it.
