A Place to Call Home

Home has many meanings, Each of them depend, Home holds many feelings, Home is a place for friend, You may take it for granted, That a house belongs to you, It is where your family is planted, It is where the love of family remains true, But some people don’t have one, A place to come in from the cold, They don’t have a place to rest when work is done, And that the truth be told, I am grateful I have a place to call home, And sad some people do not, For it is a place where I have grown, And I am grateful for that a lot.
