My Meaning of Home

Home. What’s the meaning of home? Well there are 7.8 billion meanings of home in the world. Everyone has a different interpretation of home. To you it might be comfort,love,a nice house or to feel safe. Everybody lives in different circumstances and I recognize that not everyone has a house. But the thing is you don’t need a house to have a home. Home is where you make memories, where you laugh,cry,dance and sing. It’s where you argue and disagree, where you learn and make mistakes. It doesn't matter where you are as long as you're with the people who love and support you through anything. Your home doesn’t have to be filled with family, it can be filled with friends or pets. As long as the people support you and fill you with joy. As long as they put a smile on your face when you're feeling down. Sometimes your home is a little crazy but it does not have to be perfect. As a matter of fact it wouldn’t feel the same if it was perfect all the time. There’s good days and bad days, but that’s what brings you closer together. In my home I feel safe, I feel loved and most importantly I am with the people who make me happy.
