The Meaning Of Home Are you thankful for having a beautiful home with a family that loves you? Home is an important place for all of us and it is a special place for me. The meaning of home to me is having a loving family and a place to be safe. In the next few paragraphs I am going to be talking about why family is important and being safe at home. Family is an important part of my home because I have a family that loves me and it is a place where we make special memories. Memories that we create are having special dinners for special occasions like birthdays with my family. Another memory that I have is baking. We bake cookies, cakes and many other desserts that we enjoy eating together. Summer is a special time because my family and I spend quality time having fun in the pool together. In the winter since it is cold outside we watch many movies as a family in our family room. I am grateful for all of my memories with my family because there are other people that don’t have a home or a family that loves them. The meaning of home to me means family and also means being safe. The meaning of home to me is also being safe. I am safe inside from the storm outside. I have a nice warm cozy bed with blankets to sleep on. I also feel calm and relaxed when I am at home. My home is secure with windows, doors and an alarm system that makes me feel comfortable. I feel happy and safe with my family. I am thankful for my safe home and shelter. It is sad that not everyone has a home where they can be safe and comfortable. The meaning of home to me is a loving family and being safe at home. It is a place where I enjoy spending time with my family. I am thankful for my beautiful family and my safety. We should all be grateful for our family and our home. I hope people without a home will find shelter and a safe place to live.
