What Home Means to Me

What does home means to me Home is a place where I can make memories with my family and friends. It is a place where I sleep and feel safe. I love my home because it keeps me safe from storms, warm at night and without my home life just would not be the same. I also love the smell of my mom's cooking; she says that the kitchen is the heart of the house. Its where we gather to eat, play cards, watch tv, dance parties, play chess and all kinds of fun board games. Sometimes home cannot be as fun. Sometimes I lose the internet or power in snowstorms, but it all seems to work out in the end. The most special thing about my home is having my family together; my mom and dad, my sister, my dog Tuco Salamanca and my cat George. If we are together as a family, that is what really matters.
