Home

Home to me is more than a roof and walls. A place where you can be with family. A place that holds the best memories. A place where you have a hand to hold. A place where you can be yourself. A place where I feel safe. Just think of your home for a minute and how much it means to you, it could be your favorite meal, a pet or so Much more that makes a home special but some people don't have any of that, which is really sad. Just imagine living in the cold outdoors with no shelter and nowhere to sleep at night. So I'm really thankful for my home, but habitat for humanity is giving us a chance to give someone a home. So by writing this piece I hope to give someone the chance to experience the meaning of home.
