Home
Home means lots to me. Without home how would I get together with my family once I come back from school? When I’m at home I feel safe, and comfortable. Waking up in the morning in a warm blanket and going up the stairs to a fire that heats the house in winter, makes me happy. Sure, sometimes everyone wakes up on “the wrong side of the bed” occasionally, and it happens to me. I’m lucky I have a nice house to have some alone time and cheer up. I’m glad I have a house and I’m thankful that my parents go and work hard to pay for it. If me and my family didn’t have this house, we couldn’t sit down at the dinner table and talk kindly about our day or sit down on the couch and watch a movie. What home exactly means to me is that it’s... it’s home, I live there, it keeps me safe, and I have some where to stay, with people who care about me, and with my toys and my room. It’s all so special to me!
I couldn’t live happily and healthy without home. Some people don’t have homes, and places to live, and some people can’t stay somewhere safe with the ones they love. that’s why I’m thankful that at me and my family have one. Home makes me happy and excited when I realize I can do things that some people can’t, like have a warm bath, or play with toys, or sleep in a cozy bed. My house is great! It has a fireplace and a heater to keep us warm, it’s got a well for water that we couldn’t live without, it has piano and trees, it’s got big windows that gives us bright light when the power is out, and best of all, it has everything we need to live, including love. One day, I hope that everyone in this world has a nice home especially the less fortunate people that aren’t given a chance. Everyone in this world deserve a home... everyone does.
