What Is A Home?

What is a home? To me a home is where you can feel safe. What makes my home safe is my bird and my dog. That is because when someone knocks at my door or makes a bang sound my dog gets scared and starts to bark. And when my bird sees somebody that she has never seen before he chirps loudly at them and when I say loud I mean LOUD. Also my mom makes me feel safe. Cause my house is very old and there are usually creeks so usually my mother goes to make sure no one is in my house. My house is a home because it is somewhere that i can feel free to do whatever I want without being scared of being around a lot of people I do not know. A home is also a place where you can work, play, have fun and other things like that. A home is a place where you can be with people you love. A home is where you can keep things that you do not want other people to see. A home is also a place where you can be with whoever you want without worrying about having to be around people you do not want to be hanging out with.
