What Home Means to Me

Home means you have the freedom you deserve and you can do whatever you want to do. When I am home, I can be however I like and feel however I want to. I love the smell of my home, because it helps me remember who I am and what I am going to be. I think home is wherever you feel like you belong. I feel like you can have that feeling, no matter where you live. I think it’s a great feeling and I wish all the people in the world could have it. When I wake up, I feel so happy to be here and I want to spread that feeling across the world. Home also means being next to my parents wherever I go. Without them, home wouldn’t feel like home. That is what home means to me. A special thanks to Habitat for Humanity, who are helping people by building homes and giving them the opportunity to have this amazing feeling too. I hope everyone can feel this feeling someday.
