Meaning of Home

The meaning of home, a vague but direct question, is where you feel safe, loved, where you don’t feel scared. It could be anywhere, in a treehouse, in a normal house, anywhere, as long as you feel happy, safe, as if you have nothing to be afraid of, but if you don’t well then that’s just a house, a place to live, to survive, not a home, but an empty container. Sometimes, home isn’t a place, it’s a group of people of friends or family, a group of people that, without them, you never would have felt those feelings, so then they are your home, your safe place, with them any place could become your home, whether it be a tent, a normal house, an apartment, a tree house, is could become home. Home can also travel from here to there as long as it still feels right. Yes, the meaning of home is such a vague question yet it’s still direct and the answer is simple, it’s anywhere, as long as it feels right.
