What home means to me

People say home is where the heart is. People also say home is not a place but it is a feeling. But home to me is, feeling loved, feeling happy and feeling safe. I feel loved because I have a wonderful family. I have two amazing parents who love me. They love me because my mom makes my favourite meal on my birthday and my dad helps me with hockey. I also feel loved because I have three wonderful siblings who love me. They love me because Leda plays with me, Grace does my hair and makeup sometimes and Jack helps me play minecraft. I feel loved because I have a great family. Home makes me feel happy because home has all the things I need. I feel happy because I can be myself at home. I can be myself at home because no one will judge me or make fun of me. I feel happy because my home has lots of space for me to play outside. I have a wonderful life and home because I have a roof over my head and warm clothes. Home makes me feel happy because it has all the things I need. Home makes me feel safe because I have a great dog to protect me. I have a wonderful golden retriever who can protect me because he loves me so much and is fun to play with sometimes. I also feel safe because my parents help me when I am scared like during a thunder storm. A good home makes me feel safe. Home is a place of love, happiness, and feeling safe, which is what home means to me.
