Home

Home is not a place, it's a feeling. The feeling of love, laughter, belonging, wanted, safe, and happiness. Home is where my family is and where we play games in the living room. When you look at all the framed pictures on the shelves, you're seeing a little part of the adventures we have gone on. In the cold winter, we can go sledding down the driveway, come inside to a cozy, warm home, and sit in front of the fire. Home smells like my sister's baking and my mom's cooking. When we sit down to dinner, we talk about our days, and it feels like they're listening. That is what home means to me.
