What Home Means to Me

Home can mean a lot of things to the people of the Earth. Some people think that home is just the space that you sleep in. But home is much, much more than that. To me home means the smell of my mom making chili or fried chicken in the kitchen and my little sister begging me to perform interesting science experiments. I like those experiments because I get to see my sister’s happy face looking in my direction. As you can see, to me home isn’t about the fancy chandeliers or furniture, it’s about the people that you feel comfortable with and spend lots of time with. That’s why I’m entering this contest: so some lucky people can build not only their houses but their lives too.
