How I Feel in My Home

Home isn’t just a building, home is a warm, happy place to be when you are happy or going through hard times. In your home you feel welcomed when with your family, and you are loved. My home is a nice place to go when going through hard times or good times; I feel welcomed because my house is safe and where I live I’m happy with the people in my home with me. A house is way different from a home. A house is not my home it's just a building to me, someone else may feel different in that house, they may feel happy. To me a home is a place I go to feel better or go when I’m going through hard times like parents are arguing, my home makes me feel happy and included by even having a house, it makes me feel like I’m covered in a warm blanket. I feel different in certain places in my house, like my living room, my living room makes me feel loved and warm inside me because when I’m in my living room I usually have movie nights on my couch with my family. In my bedroom I feel grateful, I feel grateful that I have a a bed, TV, and even a room. I feel grateful that I have a home and that I’m there and happy. My home makes me feel happy and welcomed that I have my favourite snacks or my personal thing that people in my house gave me, my home is a place where I belong, I do fun thing and make memories with my family members, in my home I feel loved and it helps me go through life.
