Home Can be Anything

Home can be anything. For some it's a person, maybe it’s someone you feel safe with or who makes you laugh. For me it’s my bestest friend. For others it may be a place, like your favorite spot to read and chill or hang out with friends. For me it’s my house. For some people it’s a thing, for example an art piece or your favorite song. For me it’s my E.S.S.A. (emotional support stuffed animal). But some people don’t have anything to call home; no shelter, nothing to comfort them, and nobody to help them through tough times. Sometimes there are whole families at risk of being starved to death or becoming ill in the cold, cold winter or the hot, hot summer. But we can reduce the number of people in need. You can help the people in need. You can help people in need of a friend, give them shelter or a place to stay and give something- anything to comfort them.
