House vs Home

A House is a physical building with four of more walls and a roof. A home is an emotional concept built from memories and feelings and the people living there. A house is just a house. A home can be a house, yes, however a home can also be an apartment, or a shelter or for some, outside. A home is a feeling of belonging. A home could be your work, your school, a home could even be a hotel your family always goes to. But a house? A house is just a house. A home for me is being with my family and my dog and just being home in general. A house is walls and a roof. A home more than that because a house is a building, a home is an emotion.
