Home Is The World of Our Hearts

Home is not just a place where you live or what you live in. Home is your perspective. To me, home is where you find love and shelter inside and where family can be, and where your memories are, no matter if you move or not, home goes with you and where you go. Home to me is when I come home from school and have a breeze of love rush over me. It is where my mom and dad are, my most precious memories are in my home as well. I love my home because I can walk my dog in a farmed community so I can walk my dog on a wheatland road or a river, I feel love, joy, peace and hope, every day and every night. I feel love when my mom hugs me before I go to bed, and when she waves me bye as I sit down on the bus. I have a place I call home where my grandmaman lives. I go every summer, that’s where my cousins, Aunts and uncles and godparents, and most family are, although I can’t be there constantly, it is home. Home is a place that I can call mine, it is a place where I can wear what I want, say what I want, be myself, and at home I don’t hesitate to do a spontaneous cartwheel if I feel so! Home is where I can express how I feel, to my mom, dad and even dog! It is where I can give and receive love, it is my happy place, where I am safe, where there’s nothing to fear, home is the best place to be , either when you’re sad or let down, even happy or over joyed, home is the best place to be all the time. Home is a place where there’s more than just love to share, and there’s a place where I feel free, and that I call home.
