Home is like a hug

To me home is like a hug. Home makes me feel happy. It wraps me up and makes me warm then it sets me down And lets me breathe. I like to know that “home” can be anywhere you want it to be. It can be a forest, lake, house, school, or town. It can be anywhere that your heart feels safe and loved. My home is versatile, it lets me cry when I am sad. It lets me yell when I am mad. It lets me smile when I am happy. It lets me hide when I am scared, under my bed or behind the couch. My home is cherished, it cares about me. My home feels like a comforting hug. It's warm and relaxing like my favorite blanket. Sometimes there are objects and people that are home to me, and not just feelings. Like my favorite stuffy, my family or my bunny. I also love my moms tomato soup. And that’s part of home to me. The feelings I get from my home are indescribable They're magical and strong and nothing could ever break them. My home is special and an oasis. The feelings I get, the good and the bad All coming together to create something amazing. All these feeling come from deep Down in my heart. My home has endless possibilities, every day is a blank canvas just waiting to be filled with memories and adventures, every streak of paint and every time I touch The canvas feels like my heart is smiling and my mind fills with happiness. I love my home, blanket, bunny, family, soup and many many more things But one of my absolute favorites is the feelings I get when I think about home.
