Not A House, A Home

Home is not a house. My home is where I am loved and carried. I play board games with my family to then sit down at the supper table, talk about our days and what we are looking forward to. My family is my sunshine and support. They are always there to pick me up when I fall. They are my happiness and joy. Late nights on the couch watching our shows, my brother has his joy, I have my happiness, and my parents have their love. It's just home. When I am home I am safe, happy, cared for, and so much more, and when you put it all together, it makes my home.
