The Meaning of a Home

A house is not just where you sleep, but where you live. My house is where I go to bed after a long day of school. The stove is an important thing in our house to make healthy food. I love it when we bake banana bread and cake, it smells soooo good. I like playing baseball with my dad and sister in the yard, there is always so much laughter (even when we sometimes lose the baseball). When we play hockey, I like the sound of the sticks slapping together, and the puck hitting the posts. The pets are very nice. The cat’s purr is so calming. I hope that there will be a lot of donated money for Habitat for Humanity so that there are more houses to live in (in Canada). No matter where you live, HAPPY HOMES TO LIVE IN!
